2 初中毕业英语学业考试是义务教育阶段英语学科的终结性考试,目的是全面、准确地考查初中毕业生在英语学习方面达到课程标准所规定的级别水平的程度。英语学业考试应着重考查学生在英语方面听、说、读、写等四种语言技能的实践能力以及灵活运用语言知识的能力。听和读应主要考查学生对语言材料的理解能力以及从语言材料中获取信息的能力。在理解信息的基础上,学生还要能够对信息加以判断、归纳、综合。说和写应主要考查学生运用所学语言知识与技能,以口头或书面的形式完成信息沟通、再现生活经历、描述周围事物、发表意见和观点。英语学业考试需要以适当形式考查学生对具体语言知识的掌握情况,而不是孤立地考查知识点,更不是考查对知识的机械记忆。

3 英语学业考试的命题应遵守以下原则:(1)要依据课程标准来确定考查内容与标准;(2)要着重考查学生的综合语言运用能力,避免单纯考查语言知识;(3)要充分考虑学生的实际生活和身心发展水平;(4)要选用真实、地道的语言素材,根据语言实际使用情况命题;(5)要确保试题的信度和效度,杜绝繁、偏、旧的试题,要控制题量;(6)要根据试题的考查目的和考查重点,科学合理地制定评分标准。

5 听力试题 听力考查的课程标准: 1.能根据语调和重音理解说话者的意图。 2.能听懂有关熟悉话题的谈话,并能从中提取信息和观点。
3.能借助语境克服生词障碍、理解大意。 4.能听懂接近自然语速的故事和叙述,理 解故事的因果关系。 5.能在听的过程中用适当方式做出反应。 6.能针对所听语段的内容记录简单信息。
