一、planning the OPL 店内洗衣房的规划
—output 洗涤量：可从客房开房率水平及餐饮点的餐具套数做统计。 —space 场地的规模：取决于洗涤需求量、设备数量与手头储备的织物用品保有量等因素。 —equipment should be purchased:须购买的设备数量，取决于洗涤量、节能、节水等因素的考虑。 —Valet service:是否开设洗烫服务

（１）、laundering linens 洗涤织物用品
Cotton 棉：strong, can be ironed, shrinkage, lower color-retention 棉纤维的牢固度好，吸湿性极佳，可以高温熨烫，但会有缩水性, 易褪色。

Wool 羊毛制品：not durable, shrinkage, weaker, soiling better。耐用、易缩水、不牢固、但耐脏

Acrylic 丙稀酸纤维：重量轻，不缩水，遇水强度减弱。
polyester涤纶：strong, dry quickly, wrinkle-resistant , can be ironed。 .结实、容易干、抗皱可以被熨烫

Nylon 尼龙：it is easy to wash and quick to dry, sensitive to heat强度好，但不耐热。
Blends 混纺纤维：can be damaged by high wash temperatures在高温下可能被破坏

二、the flow of linens through the OPL店内洗衣房织物洗涤流程
１、collecting soiled linens 收取用脏的织物用品 脏的织物用品、衣物等要直接放入脏衣物袋，不能将织物用品当作清洁工具使用，以免造成永久性的破坏。

２、transporting soiled linens to the laundry 向洗衣房递送用脏的织物用品
用手提或用小车将织物用品送往店内洗衣房，注意不要使织物拖地或被勾破或是撕裂。

３、sorting 分拣 Cleaning rags should always be separated and washed by themselves.清洁用的抹布应始终分开单独洗涤。 Sorting by degree of soiling 按受污的程度分拣：分为轻度lightly、中等moderately与严重污染heavily３类。 Sorting by linen type按织物结构类型分拣：不同纤维、不同织法与不同颜色的织物需使用不同的洗涤液配置与不同的洗涤方法。

４、loading 装载洗衣机 Washing machines work best when optimally loaded.
洗衣机处于最大限度载荷时的工作效率最佳，因此要恰当的装载洗涤物品。

５、washing 洗涤 织物洗涤装机前应过磅，确保洗涤过程不发生装载过量的情况。 －washing time 洗涤某项物品需多长时间

６、extracting 脱水 ７、finishing 织物整理 ８、folding 折叠衣物 脱水也可以缩减干衣的时间。
将织物烘干drying 、熨烫 ironing。 烘干程序结束后，应立即将织物取出加以折叠。 ８、folding 折叠衣物 折叠要及时，速度尽量与洗涤与干衣速度相同，以免引起起皱和二次污染。

９、storing 储存：折叠完后，对织物再次进行分拣与堆放。洗毕的织物应至少在架上搁置２４小时，这样可以很容易辨认发黄与褪色的织物。
１０、transferring linens to use areas 向使用区运送织物用品 一般用小车运往使用区，小车分成两种，一种装用脏的织物，另外一种放干净的织物。
