承辦2011俄羅斯國道基金顧問專案及莫斯科交通交流參訪專案

6 案由 自2009年起，捷邦公司連年接辦歐洲復興銀行援助之東歐、中亞各國交通專案，成效卓著，深受歐洲復興銀行及外交部肯定。
2013年1月17日，歐洲復興銀行台灣辦公室連繫，希望捷邦公司考慮繼續接辦哈薩克國道基金參訪團。 外交部透過歐洲復興銀行TC fund 促成此案
