3 几个概念 温度---表示物质的冷热程度 湿度---表示空气的潮湿程度
摄氏温度(0C):水在1个大气压下凝固点温度定为0 0C,沸腾点定为100 0C,中间100等分,每等分为1 0C。 华氏温度( 0F):水在1个大气压下凝固点温度定为32 0F ,沸腾点定为212 0F ,中间180等分,每等分为1 0F 。 湿度---表示空气的潮湿程度 相对湿度:实际空气的湿度与在同一温度下达到饱和状况时的湿度之比值。 绝对湿度:空气中的水蒸气质量与湿空气的总体积之比。

药厂空调控制 温湿度控制 生产工况控制 工作模式:开机顺序:送风机以一定频率开,风机开信号回到PLC,新风阀打开一定开度,送风机开10s后,排风机开。开机完成。关机顺序:排风机关,10s后送风机关。新风阀关。 值班模式:开机顺序:送风机以一定频率开(低于工作模式频率),风机开信号回到PLC,新风阀打开一定开度(低于工作模式开度),开机完成。关机顺序:送风机关。新风阀关 甲醛排毒模式:开机顺序:送风机以一定频率开,风机开信号回到PLC,新风阀打开一定开度,启动排风阀,关闭回风阀;开排风机。关机顺序:排风机关,10s后送风机关。新风阀关。 送风压差控制 根据送风管上的风速传感器或压差传感器PID调节送风机变频器。 These results are simply unacceptable. 19 湿空气经冷却达到饱和后继续制冷的过程,湿空气经过冷却管析出水滴从而降低了绝对湿度,起到降湿的作用。
药厂空调温湿度控制特性 温湿度控制的特性: 对湿空气单纯地加热或制冷过程,是含湿量保持不变的过程,即绝对湿度保持不变的过程。湿空气经过盘管加热,温度升高而相对湿度降低;相反,对冷却过程,温度下降而相对湿度相应升高。 结论:温度和相对湿度是两个不同方向的控制量。要使温湿度同时向相同趋势变化,单纯靠加热/冷却过程是不能实现的。 冷却去湿过程: 湿空气经冷却达到饱和后继续制冷的过程,湿空气经过冷却管析出水滴从而降低了绝对湿度,起到降湿的作用。 These results are simply unacceptable. 23 湿度优先控制方法 冬季温湿度控制 空气加热的目的是在有相对湿度要求的情况下,为了保证送风温度或空调室内的温度。在回风管上设置温度传感器,根据温度检测值与设定值的偏差通过PID运算来控制加热电动两通调节阀的开度,维持回风温度恒定。当加热电动调节阀全关,回风温度仍高于2 6 ℃时,转入夏季工况。 These results are simply unacceptable. 24 湿度优先控制方法 夏季温湿度控制 由于夏季空气的温度和湿度二个参数在调节过程中会相互影响,对其中某一参数进行调节时,也会引起另一参数的变化,因此夏季温湿度控制是通过比较回风温湿度与设定值的偏差,优先选择偏差较大值来控制冷冻水电动两通阀开度,调节进入表冷器的冷水流量,来实现温湿度的控制。当回风(温)湿度偏高时,增大阀门开度,当回风(温)湿度偏低时,减小阀门开度。当回风湿度小于下限值时,转入加湿状态,加湿器开始工作。当回风温度低于下限值时,转入加热状态。当冷冻水电动两通阀全关,回风温度仍低于1 8℃时,转人冬季工况。 These results are simply unacceptable.
