1 1 Timothy 3:14-16 14 Although I hope to come to you soon, I am writing you these instructions so that, 15 if I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God’s household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth. 14 我指望快到你那裡去，所以先將這些事寫給你； 15 倘若我耽延日久，你也可以知道在神的家中當怎樣行。這家就是永生神的教會，真理的柱石和根基。

16 Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.  16 大哉，敬虔的奧祕！無人不以為然，就是：神在肉身顯現， 被聖靈稱義， 被天使看見， 被傳於外邦， 被世人信服， 被接在榮耀裡。

3 The Pillar and Foundation of Truth
1 Timothy 3:14-16

4 Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.
你们必晓得真理，真理必叫你们得以自由。

6 31 耶稣对信他的犹太人说：“你们若常常遵守我的道，就真是我的门徒， 32 你们必晓得真理，真理必叫你们得以自由。”

8 神在肉身显现， 被圣灵称义， 被天使看见， 被传于外邦， 被世人信服， 被接在荣耀里。

9 Apostle’s Creed I believe in God, the Father Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.

10 He descended to the dead.
The third day he arose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty, whence he shall come to judge the living and the dead.

11 I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy universal Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

14 30 艳丽是虚假的，美容是虚浮的，唯敬畏耶和华的妇女必得称赞。

16 25 … 基督爱教会，为教会舍己， 26 要用水借着道把教会洗净，成为圣洁， 27 可以献给自己，做个荣耀的教会，毫无玷污、皱纹等类的病，乃是圣洁没有瑕疵的。
