Northeast dishes From Changchun city Jinlin Province Lyn.li

Double cooked pork slices( 锅包 肉) It is a famous northeast dishes 。 Sweet and sour, crisp outside and tender inside 。 Pig loin containing human growth and development of the required quality protein, rich in fat, vitamin etc 。(猪脊 肉含有人体生长的发育所需的丰富的优质 蛋白、脂肪、维生素等,而且肉质较嫩, 易消化。)
