Morning Call

1. Background information: 叫早是客人拨通总机电话，说出叫醒时间，值班员用笔作记录，到时间后拨通客人电话叫醒客人或值班人员输入交换机电脑，由交换机来拨号叫醒。最新的叫早系统是指系统在预定的时间拨通预定分机，在得到应答后播放预先录制的语音文件。叫早系统则能够帮助酒店提供更优质的服务，树立良好的形象，从而大大提高了其竞争力。
