On-demand self-service. 按需求自行調配 A consumer can unilaterally provision computing capabilities, such as server time and network storage, as needed automatically without requiring human interaction with each service provider. 使用者可選擇作業系統(server zoo) 使用者可依本身需要自行配置雲端運算能力，選擇所需要的伺服器、儲存空間和網路服務。 不需要等待雲端服務供應商的人員協助。
