當你遇見苦難 如波浪沖撞， 當你憂愁喪膽 似乎要絕望， When upon life’s billows you are tempest tossed, When you are discouraged, thinking all is lost, V1
若把主的恩典 從頭數一數， 必能叫你希奇 感謝而歡呼． Count your many blessings, name them one by one, And it will surprise you what the Lord hath done. V1.2

有時心中掛慮 如同挑重擔， 有時背負十架 覺得苦難堪， Are you ever burdened with a load of care? Does the cross seem heavy you are called to bear? V2
若數主的恩典 疑惑便消除， 必能叫你快樂 立時讚美主． Count your many blessings, every doubt will fly, And you will keep singing as the days go by. V2.2
