4  Students will take exams for all subjects 学生将参加所有科目的考试  These exams are internal exams – set by teachers 这是内部考试 – 任课老师出题  Monday 16 April – Friday 20 April 考试时间： 4 月 16 日至 4 月 20 日  Important for two reasons 这次考试的重要性 1.Make significant contribution to final grades (for transcripts) 在最终成绩中占重要比例 2.Excellent preparation for real AP exams 对于 5 月份的 AP 考试，这是一个极好的准备 A.End of Semester 2 Exams A. 第二学期期末考试

11  Year 2 students will still have 4 weeks of school 高二学生需要继续上课四周  Monday 21 May to Friday 1 June will be SAT intensive study (taught by Delia and Ms Noble) 5 月 21 日至 6 月 1 日安排进行 SAT 强化学 习（由 Noble 老师和易老师授课）  SAT date is Saturday 2 June SAT 考试时间是 6 月 2 日（周六） C. Post-exam period AP 考试之后的安排

12  Monday 4 June to Friday 15 June will be for college essay writing 6 月 4 日至 15 日 为大学申请论文写作时间  Final day of school will be Friday 15 June 本学年上课的最后一天为 6 月 15 日  There will be a parents meeting on this day to report final grades 当天会安排家长会报告学年最终成绩 C. Post-exam period AP 考试之后的安排

13  Students will need to register for subjects for next year 学生需要登记下一学年修读的 AP 课程  Deadline 4 May 截止日期： 5 月 4 日  All current courses will be offered again next year 本学年提供的课程下一年会 继续提供  2 courses will be added, but not yet confirmed which ones 下一年会增加大 概 2 门 AP 课程，尚未确定科目 D. 14  All students need to take AP English 所有学生需要修读 AP 英语  Can choose a further 2-3 AP ‘units’ 可以再选择 2-3 个 “ 单位 ” 的 AP 课程  1 unit is equal to 1 year of study for subjects which have 4-5 hours per week 一个 “ 单位 ” 等于一门全年课程，每周 4-5 节课  Some subjects are only 1 semester so are 0.5 ‘units’ e.g. Physics C, Macro-/Micro-Economics 有一些科目是一个学期的课程，算 0.5“ 单位 ” ，例如 物理 C 、宏观经济学、微观经济学 D.
