57 不同時段排序技巧 ----- 首輪 二十個選擇內需包括： 自己最有興趣, 但收生成績較高的學科 自己能力所及並有興趣的學科 為免考試失準，同學應在 25 個選擇中加入一些易入 的科目 ( 水泡科 ) 。  收生成績低及自己仍有興趣的科目  收生成績低但自己不反感的科目  高級文憑及副學士學位課程 選擇須多完化以減少風險及加強彈性 將需要在放榜前面試的科目放在 Band A ( 因申請人數眾多, 多數課程首選 Band A 學生面試 )

63 排位須知及原則 編排首三個志願大致有以下三種模式 : 1. 單元興趣型：該三個志願屬同一範圍, 例如三 個都是工商管理, 務求入得工管課程。 2. 多元興趣型：該三個志願屬不同範圍, 務求入 得心頭所好, 例如工管、工程、輔助醫療。 3. 隱陣型：將最有把握的課程放進這三個志願 內。

73 PolyU If all X cannot reach Level 2, M1/M2 can replaced other electives. M1/M2 cannot replaced a full X, because it is considered as an extension. As for the calculation of reference score, M1/M2 will be taken into account. The weighting can be found at the polyU website (i.e. Subject with highest weighting. Students should put emphasis on a particular subject in order to increase your admission scores. In case of same admission scores, extra electives will be taken into account as the tie-breaker. However, since the chance of getting admission scores is higher, so students should also put effort on other electives. It seems that PolyU place more emphasis on core, weighting is 7, or 10.

74 UST - At least 2Xs - The weighting of M1/M2 is higher in science and engineer more than SBM and SHSS. - To maximize your chance of study in UST, English is more important than the other subjects in general. E.g. Studying ICT and PE can apply for Engineer, but the students take no advantages. videochannel.ust.hk
