5 The chambers of foreign trade (AHK) represent the DIHK abroad. The AHK Shanghai is among the biggest DIHK substitutions worldwide. 德国工商总会海外商会（简称 AHK ）是遍布全球的驻外机构，上海代表处就是其中最大、最重要的机构之一。 The AHK Shanghai is an institution, which is authorised in Germany for vocational training and responsible for the education activities in China. 德国工商会上海代表处是经德国政府授权的培训机构，负责组织中国境内的培训活动。 In the name of AHK the recruitment, training and vocational training department has established vocational training centers offering three-year programs which start every year and are based on the German dual vocational education principal.
