4 部分国家对进口商品包装的规定 在国际贸易中，由于各个国家的国情不同，以及文化差异的存在，对进出口商品的包装材料、结构、图案及文字标识等要求不同，了解这部分国家对进口商品包装的规定，对中国外贸出口大有裨益。

5 禁用标志图案 阿拉伯国家规定进口商品的包装禁用六角星图案，因为六角星与以色列国家旗中的图案相似，阿拉伯国家对有六角星图案的东西非常反感和忌讳。 德国对进口商品的包装禁用类似纳粹和军团符号标志。 利比亚对进口商品的包装禁止使用猪的图案和女性人体图案。

6 对容器结构的规定 1.美国食品药物局规定，所有医疗健身及美容药品都要具备能防止掺假、掺毒等防污能力的包装。
2.美国环境保护局规定，为了防止儿童误服药品、化工品，凡属于防毒包装条例和消费者安全委员会管辖的产品，必须使用保护儿童安全盖。 3.美国加利福尼亚、弗吉尼亚等11个州以及欧洲共同体负责环境和消费部门规定，可拉离的拉环式易拉罐，也不能在市场上销售，目前已趋于研制不能拉离的掀扭式、胶带式易拉罐。

7 使用文种的规定 1.加拿大政府规定进口商品必须英法文对照。 2.销往香港的食品标签，必须用中文，但食品名称及成分，须同时用英文注明。
3.希腊政府正式公布，凡出口到希腊的产品包装上必须要用希腊文字写明公司名称，代理商名称及产品质量、数量等项目。 4.销往法国的产品装箱单及商业发票须用法文，包括标志说明，不以法文书写的应附译文。 4.销往阿拉伯地区的食品、饮料，必须用阿拉伯文说明。

8 禁用的包装材料 美国规定，为防止植物病虫害的传播，禁止使用稻草做包装材料，如被海关发现，必须当场销毁，并支付由此产生的一切费用。
新西兰农业检疫所规定，进口商品包装严禁使用以下材料：干草、稻草、麦草、谷壳或糠、生苔物、土壤、泥灰、用过的旧麻袋及其他材料。 菲律宾卫生部和海关规定，凡进口的货物禁止用麻袋和麻袋制品及稻草、草席等材料包装。 澳大利亚防疫局规定，凡用木箱包装（包括托盘木料）的货物进口时，均需提供熏蒸证明。
