1 經濟部標準檢驗局 智慧電網相關標準研究與草案研擬 第1次公聽會 計畫簡介 計畫主持人 吳烈能 102年6月24日

2 (一) 配合我國推動「智慧電網總體規劃方案」之能源政策，藉由國內資通信產業優勢，研擬智慧電網相關國家標準 ，促進相關產業發展，強化開拓國際市場能力。

3 (二) 依據國際通訊協定標準規範，研擬智慧電網相關功能標準，達成與世界接軌之目標 。
IEC/TR 62357: Framework of power automation standards and description of the SOA concept IEC 61850: Substation Automation IEC 61970: Energy Management System – CIM and GID definitions IEC 61968: Distribution Management System – CIM and CIS definitions IEC 62351: Security IEC鑑別全球100多種標準，選取5項智慧電網核心標準： 2. 美國國家技術標準研究院NIST鑑別25個智慧電網相關標準包括 IEC 及 IEC 61968/61970 。

4 3.台灣智慧型電網產業協會提出「我國智慧電網技術標準參考架構」，其中參考IEC核心標準項目摘要如下：
4. 「智慧電網總體規劃方案」工作項目中指明需 －「引進IEC61850 標準通訊協定」及 －「建立共同資訊模組(CIM)資訊整合系統」(IEC 61968/61970)。
