It stipulated that standards were classified into national standards, ministry standards and enterprise standards, and that standards were technical regulations and should be strictly implemented once issued. Establish an efficient and authoritative overall planning and coordination mechanism for standardization. 建立高效权威的标准化统筹协调机制 Reform Progress 工作进展 The State Council has formally approved  the Inter-minister Meeting Mechanism to coordinate and promote standardization work at the national level in It includes 39 ministers. The Leader from the State Council works as the Convenor. Local standards are voluntary standards and are developed by Competent Standardization Administrative departments at provinces. The development of the association standards is under the regulation, guidance and supervision of competent standardization administrative department of the State Council. Activate enterprise standard. 放开搞活企业标准 Reform Progress 工作进展 AQSIQ and SAC published the Work Program on Construction of the Self-Declaration and Supervision System for Enterprise Product and Service Standards, established a platform ( started the demonstration work in 18 provinces and cities such as Shanghai, Beijing and Jiangsu. Nearly 25,000 enterprises have disclosed 80,000 standards, covering nearly 140,000 kinds of products. 质检总局和国家标准委出台了《企业产品和服务标准自我声明公开和监督制度建设工作方案》,建立了企业产品标准信息公共服务平台,在上海、北京、江苏等18个省市开展试点。目前,近2.5万家企业公开了8万项标准,涵盖近14万种产品。 5. 放开搞活企业标准。 (1)工作进展 出台了《企业产品和服务标准自我声明公开和监督制度建设工作方案》,建立了企业产品标准信息公共服务平台,在上海、北京、江苏等18个省市开展试点。目前,近2.5万家企业公开了8万项标准,涵盖近14万种产品。
