急性壓力的身體反應: Acute Stress – Body Response : 感覺有威脅 / 危險 Perceived threat / danger Fight on Flight response ↑ Stress hormone ( Adrenalin ,Cortisol) 打鬥或逃跑的反應 壓力賀爾蒙↑ (腎上腺素、皮質醇) ↑Heart Rate , Breathing Rate ↓Digestion ↑ Blood flow to muscle For survival 心跳、呼吸↑ 消化↓ 肌肉血流量↑ 求生存

7 慢性壓力 Chronic Stress 重複急性壓力反應 Repeated acute stress response
* Can’t have relaxation normally Over activated ANS (autonomic nervous system) → physical symptom e.g Headache, Stomach Pain, Tiredness / Fatigue, Diabetes , Hypertension, Anxiety, Depression → 不能正常地放鬆 自律神經過度激活 →身體症狀 例如:頭痛、胃痛、疲勞 糖尿病、血壓高、 緊張焦慮、憂鬱
