尊敬的各位领导，欢迎来到我们科瑞的展厅参观 Firstly , you will see our logo (KR) 首先各位看到的是我们科瑞公司的logo墙 Ocean blue is basic colour is instead our Blue Ocean Strategy, the green diamond in the middle is shows permanet quality of kerui products and perfect service of employees, just like diamond. 基底的海洋蓝色代表了我们的蓝海战略， 中间绿色的钻石展现的是科瑞钻石般的产品品质和钻石般的服务品质。

Kerui Group ,located in the beautiful coastal city-DongYing, the base of China’s second largest oilfields-ShengLi oilfield, is a fast-developed and comprehensive international enterprise group, which combines research and design of high-tech petroleum equipment, technical service for oilfield integrated engineering, supply of oilfield comprehensive solutions and EPC turnkey project. 接下来，各位领导跟我看到的是集团的简介科瑞集团是一家快速发展的集高端石油装备研发制造，油田一体化工程技术服务，油田综合解决方案提供与油田EPC工程总承包三位一体的综合性国际化企业集团，公司总部位于中国第二大油田胜利油田所在地-东营市。

4 二、科瑞公司简介 We have 5 business divisions and 6 large-scale manufacturing bases, 3 major research and development institutions. 集团旗下设有5个事业部，6个大型生产制造基地，三大技术研发机构。 Our company now owns more than 5500 employees including over 3600 technicians who has abundant working experience for oilfield exploration and secelopment, over 1000 foreign staff from more than 20countries all over the world. 公司现有员工5500名（包含拥有丰富油田勘探开发经验的各类技术人员3600多人和来自全球20多个国家的外籍员工1000多人。

Quality is treat as interprise’s life and international quality management system has been imported. 走到这边，就是集团的认证证书区域，公司将质量作为企业的生命， 并且引进了国际先进的质量国际体系。 Among them ，WE pass the ISO9001 Qulity system certificate. GOST and API certificate, 先后通过了ISO9001质量体系认证。GOST认证， API 认证并取得会标使用权。

In the engineering services, 目前科瑞是国内石油装备行业取得这个会标使用权最多的企业。 kerui has won the qualification certificate for international petroleum engineering issue by the Ministry of commerce of china. 在工程服务方面获得国家商务部办法的国际石油工程经营资格证书。

8 四、科瑞公司产品 First，what is shown here is the 9000m New Type Super-deep Drilling Rig from our Drilling Equipment Business Division. 首先是来自我们钻井装备事业部的9000米新型超深钻机， It is the first domestic new type super-deep drilling rig sold to the highest point of worldwide machinery equipment-Germany and it stands for the world’s advanced level in the drilling rig manufacture. 是中国第一台销往世界机械装备至高点德国的新型超深钻机，代表了钻机制造的世界先进水平。 This is our star product, CCTV-1 also reported this drilling rig. 这是我们的明星产品，中央新闻也报道过我们的这台钻机。

9 四、科瑞公司产品 This is arctic drilling rig used for Tyumen oilfield in Russia now. 这边是高寒钻机，现在正在为俄罗斯秋明油田服务， It is the first real arctic drilling rig in china and can work well at miuns 50 degree. 他是中国首台真正意义上的高寒钻机，能够在零下50度正常运转， The machining technology, raw material used and heat preservation system of the rig have reached up to the advanced level in the world. 无论是加工还是使用的材料，以及设备的保温系统都达到了世界先进水品，

10 四、科瑞公司产品 After visiting the drilling rig, expert of the CNPC spoke very highly of it and thought that the technology is at least 20 years ahead of the CNPC. 中石油的专家看了之后深表感触：这种技术领先于中石油至少20年。 This is the fast moving drlling rig. Which is manufactured with german technology and used in iraq now. it’s mainly applied to desert area. 这是快移钻机，采用是德国技术，现在服务于伊拉克，主要用于沙漠地区， The truck-mounted drilling rig is developed by KR and convenient for moving and transporting. 车载钻机是我们自主开发的，便于搬家和运输，

11 四、科瑞公司产品 The helicopter lifting drilling rig there is suitable for the primeval deep forest in south america and africa and can get to the place that is hard to reach. 那边的直升机吊装钻机应用于南美和非洲的原始森林里，能够到达难以到达的地方。 These special drilling rigs above stand for the trend of onshore oil exploitation, exploitation in those easliy accessible blocks like plan has been complete and next are highland moutain & deep well,desert,marsh,deep forest and even the arctic. 以上这些特种钻机均代表了路上石油开采的趋势，已开采的区块如平原地带的油田在过去已经开采完毕，接着将向高原，高山深井，沙漠，沼泽深林甚至是北极等地域进攻。

The truck for nitrogen injection service and the acidification&fracturing turck are products of the oil exploitation machinery business division. 注氮服务车，酸化压裂车等是我们采油机械事业部的产品。 Compared with water injection, nitrogen injection enhances the security and recovery ratio. 其中，注氮替代注水增加了安全性和采收率。 At present, kerui is the largest manufacturer and provider of nitrogen generation unit and also the largest provider of nitrogen injection service in china . 目前，科瑞是中国最大的制氮机组的生产提供商也是中国最大的注氮服务提供商。

13 四、科瑞公司产品 The acidification & fracturing truck and heavy oil thermal recovery equipment are used for the exploitation of the difficult, waste and old oilfield. 酸化压裂车以及稠油热采设备，则是致力于疑难，废旧油田开发。 Meanwhile, kerui is the only private enterprise that owns an academy of engineering. 同时，我们有中国石油民企里唯一的工程院，

15 四、科瑞公司产品 In cooperation with Yantai Raffles offshore limited and china merchants heavy industry co,. ltd and other large-scale shipyard, 科瑞与烟台来福士，深圳招商重工等大型船厂合作， They provide the ship and we develop and manufacture the drilling module, meanwhile, the international business financing department provides financing support for clients. 采取我们提供的钻井模块开发和制造，船厂提供船体。 同时，国际业务融资部为客户提供融资支持。
