7 腎臟如何分配？

8 財團法人器官捐贈移植登錄中心 -Taiwan Organ Registry and Sharing Center-
民國91年設立。 民國94年開始線上器官登錄及分配。 所有器官移植等候者皆須上網登錄，因此僅能選擇一家 醫院登錄。遇有器官捐贈者，須於第一次腦判後上網登 錄資料，由各勸募中心作電腦分配。 若聯盟內無合適之受贈者，再聯繫其他勸募中心。 依疾病嚴重程度分配。 等候者可上登錄中心查詢等候情形。

Myoftic/MMF: 睦體康 或 山喜多 Steroid: 類固醇 三合一 漸漸 減少

25 Cyclosporin藥物濃度 前三個月維持十二小時最低濃度C0 200 to 300 ng/mL 維持濃度50 to 150 ng/mL.

26 Tarcolimus 特性 一般而言，效果較cyclosporin強 長期來看，排斥較少 但可較常引起移植術後的糖尿病
