This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

宣召 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be Called Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end.

宣召 He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LOR Almighty will accomplish this.

耶穌基督降生的事記在下面。祂母親馬利亞已經許配了約瑟，還沒有迎娶，馬利亞就從聖靈懷了孕。馬太福音 Matt 1:18~23
This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit.

她丈夫約瑟是個義人，不願意明明的羞辱她，想要暗暗的把她休了。正思念這事的時候，有主的使者向他夢中顯現，
Because Joseph her husband was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly. But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said,

說，大衛的子孫約瑟，不要怕，只管娶過你的妻子馬利亞來。因她所懷的孕，是從聖靈來的。
"Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.

她將要生一個兒子，你要給他起名叫耶穌。因他要將自己的百姓從罪惡裡救出來。這一切的事成就，是要應驗主藉先知所說的話
She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins." All this took place to fulfil what the Lord had said through the prophet:

說‘必有童女，懷孕生子，人要稱他的名為以馬內利。’(以馬內利翻出來，就是神與我們同在。)
"The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel"—which means, "God with us."

After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, "Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews?

We saw his star in the east and have come to worship him." When King Herod heard this he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him.

他就召齊了祭司長和民間的文士，問他們說，基督當生在何處。他們回答說，在猶太的伯利恆。因為有先知記著說
When he had called together all the people's chief priests and teachers of the law, he asked them where the Christ was to be born. "In Bethlehem in Judea," they replied, "for this is what the prophet has written

‘猶大地的伯利恆阿，你在猶大諸城中，並不是最小的。因為將來有一位君王，要從你那裡出來，牧養我以色列民。’
'But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah; for out of you will come a ruler who will be the shepherd of my people Israel.

聖誕節與聖誕禮物卡片的內容：『This card is just to say....a little gift is on the way』

真正聖誕老人在路加福音所記載的西面才是真正聖誕老人，
一般的聖誕老人所帶來的禮物都是屬世的，都是從人而來的，唯有西面帶來屬天的禮物，是由神而來的禮物。是神要賜給人的救恩，這份禮物永不會叫我們失望。

西面頌西面得了聖靈的啟示，知道自己未死以前，必看見主所立的基督，當他看見耶穌的父母抱著耶穌進入聖殿，就用手接過來，稱頌神說「主啊！如今可以照祢的話釋放僕人安然去世，因為我的眼睛已經看見你的救恩」西面受聖靈感動見證這個聖嬰孩主耶穌就是彌賽亞。(救世主)

耶穌是誰？路加福音2：31-32說「祂是神在萬民面前所預備的，是照亮外邦人的光，又是你民以色列的榮耀」。
耶穌的降生應驗了舊約彌賽亞的應許。耶穌是世界之光 (1) 神為萬民預備的救恩。 (2) 是照亮外邦人的光。 (3) 是以色列民的榮耀。

「道成肉身」的意義道成肉身的耶穌來到世間，完成神與人的和好。
約翰福音1：1說「太初有道，道與神同在，道就是神」。接著說「萬物是藉著他造的；生命在他裡頭，這生命就是人的光。那光是真光照亮一切生在世上的人」。 V.14說「道成了肉身，住在我們中間，充充滿滿有恩典和真理」。

耶穌「道成肉身」的目的羅馬書5：18-19 「因亞當一次的過犯眾人都被定罪；照樣因基督一次的義行，眾人也就被稱義得生命了。因亞當一人的悖逆，眾人成為罪人；照樣因基督一人的順從，眾人也成為義了」

末後的亞當聖經說「神愛世人，甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們，叫一切信他的，不致滅亡，反得永生」。
當耶穌道成肉身成為人時，祂是第二個亞當，在曠野勝過試探是成功的亞當。因此為我們得到了救恩，使我們在耶穌基督裏，得回我們在亞當裡失去的「神的形像和樣式」。

耶穌「道成肉身」的必要耶穌的肉身是聖靈懷胎由「神的道」來的，所以是道成了肉身，救恩就在祂身上完成了。
如果不是耶穌付上生命的贖價，我們每個人都要經歷這樣的酷刑。然而耶穌是我們的救恩，有義袍給我們穿上，使我們不再赤身露體了，也不再被定罪。

耶穌「道成肉身」的完成耶穌是「道路」，為失落的世界帶來指引；耶穌是「真理」，為混亂世界帶來穩定而積極的言行標準；耶穌是「生命」，
為混亂世界帶來穩定而積極的言行標準；耶穌是「生命」，為受死亡威脅的人類帶來新生命和豐盛的人生。

結論：約翰福音1：12說「凡接待他的，就是信他名的人，他就賜他們權柄，作神的兒女」。
