4 WCPT概述 World Confederation for Physical Therapy（WCPT）
世界物理治疗联盟(WCPT)是一个国际性的非官方的组织，1951在丹麦的哥本哈根建立，包括来自 Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, West Germany, Sweden and the United States of America的11个成员组织。

7 Requirements for WCPT membership
In order to become a member of WCPT, a national physical therapy association must meet certain criteria. the majority of membership of the organisation shall be qualified physical therapists the majority of the governing body of the organisation must be physical therapists

8 Why be a member organization of WCPT?
Since 1951 the World Confederation for Physical Therapy (WCPT) has been the global body for the profession. Today it represents more than 350,000 physical therapists through its 106 member organizations.

9 WCPT认证标准 物理治疗师是独立的从业者,担任患者治疗、管理、研究、制定政策、教育者及咨询师。
物理治疗师作为首诊者，患者可以不通过其他卫生专业人员转介而直接向物理治疗师寻求帮助。

10 WCPT认证标准 物理治疗是一门成熟而且规范的专业，在临床实践和教育上有自己特定的范畴，并根据社会、经济、文化和政治等不同环境而有所差异。
在任何国家，获得执业准入资格就代表着完成了物理治疗师独立进行执业所需要学习的所有课程。

11 WCPT认证标准 物理治疗师专业准入教育课程，需要进行有关物理治疗师检查/评价/评估、干预/治疗及其结局评价等方面的知识和技能学习，也包括对物理治疗领域理论和方法的批判性分析

12 WCPT认证标准 物理治疗师专业准入教育课程应当使物理治疗师具备在城市和农村不同工作环境中开展服务的能力，并清楚了解，在必要时，为了达到物理治疗和患者/客户的目标，也要担当其他卫生专业人员的帮助者和教育者的角色.

13 WCPT认证标准 物理治疗师专业准入教育课程要培养学生在与其患者/客户、照顾者、其他专业人士和同事进行协作时具备必要的沟通和决策技巧。

14 WCPT认证标准 物理治疗师专业准入教育课程的总体目标为，教育物理治疗师成为具备专业知识、有自信、适应性强、自我审视、具有人文关怀并以服务为导向的专业人才，通过批判性思维、终生学习和伦理价值，对患者/客户的需求做出独立的判断。

16 康复治疗学 物理治疗师专业教育课程包括开始执业所必需的生物和物理科学内容及学习经验(如解剖学/细胞生物学、组织学、生理学、运动生理学、运动科学、生物力学、人体运动学、神经学、病理学、影像学及药理学)。

17 康复治疗学 物理治疗师专业教育课程包括开始执业所必需的社会、行为和技术科学等内容及学习经验（如应用心理学、交流、伦理及价值观、信息交流技术、临床推理、循证实践及应用统计学），实验室及其他工作经验也包括在内。

18 康复治疗学 物理治疗师专业教育课程包括开始执业所必需的临床科学内容及学习经验（如心血管系统、肺、内分泌、代谢、胃肠、泌尿生殖、皮肤、肌肉骨骼、神经肌肉系统和物理治疗师常见的内科及外科疾患）。

19 康复治疗学 有资质的物理治疗师或其他相关专业人士督导下的直接临床经验，是专业准入资质课程不可或缺的内容。 38周PT实习
