7 消化道出血 上消化道是指由口腔、食道、 胃到十二指腸這一段消化器官， 當其中任一器官發生病變 而導致出血時，就是 上消化道出血(佔7成)
出血原因： 十二指腸潰瘍、胃潰瘍、 出血性胃炎 、 胃癌、 食道靜脈瘤、壓力、藥物、 煙酒、食物等刺激所引起 之黏膜病變

8 消化道出血 下消化道出血則是指十二指腸 以下到直腸肛門部分的出血 出血原因： 大腸癌、 大腸瘜肉、感染性 腸炎、痔瘡破裂
