3、油漆：目前公司建有两条油漆线，生产产品大尺寸如内饰门板、手套箱、下护板等，小尺寸包括卡扣、扣手等产品，目前现有油漆线生产能力不饱和，利用率不足6０％，所以针对新项目产品完全有生产保障能力。 3、Painting: Now there are 2 painting lines, the production such as interior door , glove box ,buttons, grips and so on. The utilization ratio of Painting line can not reach 60%, so that we can guarantee the producing capability. 4、模具：目前我公司拥有模具加工及维修工程师20人，具有非常丰富的模具加工、维修、保养经验，在模具加工及维修设备方面现已配备多台加工中心、合模机、翻模机、双头电火花、斜度线切割、精雕机、车磨铣刨机床、摇臂钻、穿孔机以及三坐标等，目前可以加工的产品有汽车门板、手套箱、下护板、ABC立柱等，现有的能力可以完全保证模具的正常加工、保养与维修。 4、Molding Machine: Our company has 20 engineers of molding processing and menders.
