2 Light-duty vehicle emission office
轻型汽车排放试验室 Light-duty vehicle emission office 轻型汽车排放试验室主要承担轻型汽车（包括混合动力汽车、电动汽车）的排放油耗法规认证及开发测试、企业研发类的性能测试。下设常温试验间、低温试验仓、耐久试验间、蒸发试验间、PM称重间。 The light-duty vehicle emission office is mainly responsible  for the  light vehicles (including hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles) fuel consumption test and performance testing based on enterprise requirements. It includes normal temperature exhaust test cell ,low temperature climatic chamber test cell, evaporative pollutant test cell and PM weighing test cell.

3 常温试验间/Normal temperature exhaust test cell
该试验间由日本Horiba公司提供的VULCANII 48英寸两驱底盘测功机、MEXA-7200LE型超低排气分析系统以及CVS7200T型定容采样系统组成。 This lab includes 48 inch 2 drive chassis dynamometer , MEXA-7200LE type emission analyzer and CVS7200T type sampling system from HORIBA , Japan. 主要技术参数/Main technology parameters ： 最高车速：200km/h Max vehicle speed:200km/h 最大功率：155kw/Max power:155kw 惯量模拟范围： kg Interia simulation range: kg 可测试成分：THC、CO2、CO、HC、NOx、CH4、PM Analyzer component:THC、CO2、CO、HC、NOx、CH4、PM

4 Low temperature climatic chamber test cell
低温环境仓 Low temperature climatic chamber test cell 该试验间由德国IMTECH公司的低温环境仓和日本HORIBA公司的EMS-CD48L4WD型低温底盘测功机，CVS-7200T采样系统，MEXA-7400H排气分析系统以及MEXA-2000SPCS颗粒物计数系统组成。 This cell includes low temperature climatic chamber from IMTECH,Germany,48 inch 4 drive low temperature chassis dynamometer , CVS-7200T type sampling system , MEXA-7400H type emission analyzer and MEXA-2000SPCS type solid particle counting system from HORIBA ,Japan. 主要技术参数/Main technology parameters ： 内部尺寸：16.5×7×4.5m/Overall size:16.5×7×4.5m 温度模拟范围：-15℃～45℃ Temperature simulation range: -15℃～45℃ 湿度模拟范围：10～95%RH/Humidity simulation: 10～95%RH 轴距： 1.8～3.4m /Wheelbase range 1.8～3.4m 最高车速：200km/h,额定功率：155kw；/Max vehicle speed:200km/h , Max power:155kw; 可测试成分：THC、CO、CO2、NOX、CH4、PM、PN Analyzer component: THC、CO、CO2、NOX、CH4、PM、PN

5 耐久试验间 /Durability test cell
该试验室间计建设12套可独立开展道路模拟试验工作的试验系统。现拥有奥地利AVL公司生产的两驱整车底盘测功机1套、四驱整车底盘测功机1套。 The lab includes totally 12 sets of road simulation testing systems among which each set can work individually .There are one set of 2WD chassis dynamometer and one set of 4WD chassis dynamometer from AVL, Austria. 主要技术参数/Main technology parameters ： 惯量模拟范围：454～5448kg（2驱） 800～5448kg（4驱） Interia simulation range: 454～5448kg(2WD) 800～5448kg（4WD） 最大速度：200km/h/Max speed: 200km/h; 轴距：2～4.6m/Wheelbase range: 2～4.6m; 驱动状态最大持续功率：150kw/Nominal power in motoring mode:150kw; 吸收状态最大持续功率:153kW/Nominal power in generating mode: 153kw;

该试验间由德国IMTECH公司的VT-SHED型车用变温密闭室和日本HORIBA公司的MEXA-1170HFID型碳氢分析仪组成。 The lab includes MEXA-1170HFID type THC analyzer from HORIBA ，Japan and VT-SHED from IMTECH , Germany. 主要技术参数/Main technology parameters ： 温度控制范围：15 ～45℃ Temperature simulation range: 15 ～45℃ 内部尺寸（W * L* H）： 3000×6500×2800mm； Overall size （W * L* H） : 3000×6500×2800mm； HC分析仪量程：0 ～ ppmC HC analyzer range:0 ～ ppmC

7 PM称重间/PM weighing test cell
该试验间由英特东方模拟测试技术（北京）有限公司的颗粒物称重箱和德国赛多利斯生产的MSA2.7S-0CE-DF型超微克天平组成。 The lab includes weighing climatic cell from EST Simulation Test Technology（beijing） Co.,Ltd and MSA2.7S-0CE-DF type electric balance from Sartorius ,Germany. 主要技术参数/Main technology parameters ： 温度精度：±0.2℃/Temperature accuracy: ±0.2℃ 湿度精度：±0.8%RH/Humidity accuracy:±0.8%RH 露点温度：±0.2℃/Dew temperature: ±0.2℃ 天平量程：2.1g/Balance range:2.1g 测量精度：0.1μg/Measure accuracy:0.1μg
