TSCRS Taipei 2008 「第三屆白內障及屈光手術國際學術研討會暨海峽兩岸論壇」由TSCRS主辦，中國CSCRS、日本JASRS、美國ISRS/AAO、夏威夷HOS、蒙古眼科醫學會等地區組織熱情贊助，6/22於台北台大醫院國際會議中心舉行。選擇在WOC前週活動，足見大會籌辦的巧思。
