Licensed Area: Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church (including the front foyer and the Work Sacristy, but excluding the back meeting room). Term: Twelve (12) months Commencement Date: TBA Expiry Date: Licence Fee : $800 per calendar month including GST Permitted Use of Licensed Area: Place of worship, prayer and associated activities Permitted Days and Hours of Use Monday to Friday: 9.45 am to am Saturday: 6.30 pm to pm Sunday: am to 2.00pm During hours to be agreed by the parties on up to 30 other mass/occasions.

Class rooms for Sunday School Cantonese Sunday School Sunday , 1230 – 1500 Mandarin Sunday School - Saturday, (To be effective upon Patrick’s advise) Hall after Saturday (TBC) and Sunday Mass Remark: We donate $3000 to OLPS School every year.

If we successfully purchase our own community centre, the community will have legal ownership of the centre.

If the community goes bankrupt in the future, the Archdiocese will take ownership of the centre and pay any outstanding loan.

Location: convenient and not too far from current (ie. OLPS). Land area: allow us to build a centre that can accommodate both Cantonese and Mandarin group.
