16 仕富梅单光束双波长红外特性 固态热释电感测器,不会老化和漂移。 抗震动且不受外界温度影响。
参比光和测量光通过同一个样气室，可消除因光源老化，镜片污染所造成的测量误差。 样气室材质可用316 SS，Monel或 Hastelloy，可耐高温与抗腐蚀。样气室在表外，可直接拆下清洗样气室和镜片。 维修保养方便，光源和感测器可直接更换，无校准(alignment)问题。 整体结构针对过程工艺应用设计，构造坚固且可防尘防水(IP65 or IP50)。
