1995 文山焚化爐 2000 后里焚化爐 推動廚餘回收再利用 2002 公告廚餘為應回收項目 2003 廚餘飼料化試驗 2004 烏日焚化爐 禁止生垃圾掩埋 推動螞蟻雄兵廚餘堆肥運動 2008 提供以資源回收物兌換“就是肥” 2009“餘樂園”廚餘展示館開幕 2010 有機資材販售及認證(商標註冊:就是肥)與農會合作販售 2012 試辦垃圾隨袋徵收 辦理厭氧消化處理評估
