2 Introduction In recent years, a series of food safety problems have occurred in different parts of the world. Some food manufacturers, in the pursuit of higher profits, use inedible substances or overuse additives when making food, thus pose a threat to public health. Governments and peoples are very concerned about this problem. Relevant follow-up measures to ensure food safety are being carried out by governments of different parts of the world.
