14 GB 2758《National standard for food safety Fermented alcoholic beverages and their integrated alcoholic beverages》《食品安全国家标准 发酵酒及其配制酒》 Fermented wine is brewed alcoholic beverages through fermentation , based on grain, fruit, milk as the main raw materials, including beer, wine, fruit wine, rice wine, milk wine, etc.. 发酵酒是以粮谷、水果、乳类等为主要原料,经发酵法酿制而成的饮料酒,包括啤酒、葡萄酒、果酒、黄酒、奶酒等。 14

19 GB 2758《National standard for food safety Fermented alcoholic beverages and their integrated alcoholic beverages》 Label The lable of fermented alcoholic beverages and their integrated alcoholic beverages should conform to the requirements of GB 7718, in addition to alcohol, the original wort concentration, the original fruit juice content, warnings and shelf life identification. 发酵酒及其配制酒标签除酒精度、原麦汁浓度、原果汁含量、警示语和保质期的标识外,应符合GB 7718的规定。 19

20 GB 2758《National standard for food safety Fermented alcoholic beverages and their integrated alcoholic beverages》 Label Should be based on the "%vol" as the unit labeled alcohol. 应以“%vol”为单位标示酒精度。 Beer should be marked "the original wort concentration" , with "°P" as a unit.Fruit wine (except "Wine") should be marked original fruit juice content, expressed "* *%" in the list of ingredients. 啤酒应标示原麦汁浓度,以“原麦汁浓度”为标题,以柏拉图度符号“°P”为单位。果酒(葡萄酒除外)应标示原果汁含量,在配料表中以“××%”表示。 20

22 GB 15037《The National Standard “Wine”》
GB took effect on Jan.1,2008 as a mandatory standard.作为强制标准于2008年1月1日实施。 The standard covers requirements for all processes from grape planting, wine production to its transportation. It provides a precise definition and classification according to total sugar content. 标准适用于葡萄种植,葡萄酒酿造及运输,并规定了葡萄酒的精确定义和根据总糖含量的分类。 22

Definitions : Various types of wine corresponding requirements for the sugar content, vintage wines, varietal wines, and original wines.关于行业共同关心的年份葡萄酒,品种葡萄酒和产地葡萄酒,标准给出了定义。 Regulate the use of additives in wine . 标准同时对添加剂的使用进行了规定。 Part of this standard definitions equivalent adopted OIV regulations(2003 edition). 标准的部分定义等效采用了OIV法规(2003版) 23
