2 M Hazards危险 电器产品主要存在以下七类危险: -electric shock; 电击 >42.2V(峰值) 0.5mA
绝缘层失效 漏电电流 -energy related hazard;与能量相关的危险 电弧 溶化金属 即使低压电路也会存在此类危险 -fire;火灾 过流保护 阻燃性外壳材料

3 M Hazards危险 -heat related hazard;热危险 可接触部位 灼伤皮肤 绝缘属性下降
灼伤皮肤 绝缘属性下降 -mechanical hazard;机械伤害 guard interlock -radiation;辐射 激光头 微波炉 -chemical hazard.化学物质

10 M General condition for the tests(测试条件) ● sample requirement (样板数量)

11 M Unless otherwise specified, appliances are tested as heating appliances even if they incorporate motors. (除非标准特别说明,所有产品按照电热类 产品做测试,即使此产品中包含有马达)

Supply voltages vary from country to country. 欧洲各国供电电压不相同. EXAMPLES:例如 Germany 德国230V/50Hz. Italy意大利220V/50Hz. UK英国240v/50Hz. 如果产品上标注的额定电压为 V,它就可以卖到欧洲各国,并且可以在产品上标注 Vac、 Vac、 Vac、230Vac、240Vac,买到相应的一些国家。

14 M Appliances with type Y attachment:
if the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

15 M The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating. For toaster: Bread may burn. Therefore toasters must not be near or below curtains and other combustible materials. They must be watched. For barbecues: WARNING – Charcoal or similar combustible fuels must not be used with this appliance. Maximum quantity of water

22 M 热测试: 多士炉:正常工作条件下运行15分钟,如果有两个或多个面包孔时,在插入一块面包的情况下运行多5分钟
热辐射烤架:正常工作条件下运行30分钟,或说明书规定的时间,或定时器最长时间,视乎哪一种情况下的时间最长 烤箱;运行至温度稳定或60分钟,视乎哪一种情况下的时间最短

23 M 根据A11要求:如果是从上部插入面包的多士炉, 还须做一个测试,即在额定功率、正常工作条件下
运行三个循环,与上部距离25mm的可接触金属表 面的温升不可以超过90K 短时间握住的把手:金属 35K 非金属60K 如果非金属部分有至少0.1mm厚的金属涂层或金属 部分的非金属涂层小于0.3mm厚时,当其为金属部 分考虑

24 M Leakage current and electric strength 漏电电流与电气强度 工作温度下和室温下各测试一次
保护阻抗断开

25 M Overload protection of transformers and associated circuits 变压器过载测试
电路电线的温升不可以超过正常温升限制值的15K 安全隔离变压器

Appliances incorporating motors are not subjected to the tests of 19.8 to (含有马达的产品不需要 做过载运转和1.3倍的过压测试) For toaster: addition test. (test result)

27 M Stability and mechanical hazards 稳定性与机械危险
烤箱门是向下面打开时,可以放东西在上面,此时烤箱要有足够的稳定性。(例外:如果门的宽度小于225mm或碟子放在上面可以滑落时)

29 M Construction结构 产品必须防止有物体穿过底部开孔,从而造成危险 多士炉的弹跳机械装置必须经受住多次重复使用
裸露发热丝必须固定可靠

30 M 如果内部线、螺丝、螺帽、垫片、弹簧松脱,爬电距离及电气间隙不得小于正常要求值的一半

31 M Intermal wiring内部电线 标准对普通电线绝缘层的温升限制为50K,应尽量 避免内部电线碰到过热的表面或部件,如果在结构
上很难满足要求,可用一些耐高温的线,例如硅胶 线、编织线。内部布线必须防止松脱而碰到可移动 部分,可以用热缩套管或线扎带固定(注意:要尽 量避免用热融胶)

32 M 内部电线的弯曲测试 For appliances which can be opened to two position,
1000 flexings are made with the part moved to the fully open position and the remaining flexings to the other position.

Thermostat, Thermal fuse, X-, Y-Capacitor

34 M Supply connection and external flexible cords 电源线连接
three means for connection to the supply -supply cord with a plug -appliance inlet -pin for insertion into socket-outlet

35 M 本标准所包括的产品主要是一些大功率消耗型 的产品,烤箱和电热盘有时甚至达到2000W以 上,请注意电源线的线径是否足够。

40 M Creepage distances, clearances and distances through insulation 爬电距离及电气间隙 发热元件: the distance 1.0mm is allowed for heating element if the following two conditions are met: -the insulation material at the end of the tubular sheathed element is track resistant (CTI>250). The environment at the end of the tubular sheathed element is protected against the deposition of dirt by a cover.
