3 Acts:17: 26-27 使徒行傳 17:26-27 From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. 祂從一本造出萬族的人、住在全地上、並且豫先定準他們的年限、和所住的疆界．

4 God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. 要叫他們尋求神、或者可以揣摩而得、其實祂離我們各人不遠．

5 His Time 神所定的時間 …he determined the times set for them. …神為人訂立當行之時
Psalm 139:16 All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. 你所定的日子、我尚未度一日、你都寫在你的冊上了。 (詩篇 139：16)

When a stranger lives with you in your land, do not mistreat him. The stranger living with you must be treated as one of your native-born. Love him as yourself, for you were strangers in Egypt.
