Yunnan Provincial State-Owned Capital Operational Co., Ltd is a state-owned provincial enterprise of Yunnan. Zhongdian Capital, as a wholly subsidiary of Yunnan Provincial State-Owned Capital Operational Co., Ltd, is committed to build offshore financial holding platform, and assume overseas investment, financial services and other parts of business for Yunnan Provincial State-Owned Capital Operational Co., Ltd. At the same time, adhering to the "integrity, service, mutual benefit and win-win" business philosophy, Zhongdian Capital continuously expands the international business market, links closely with international market through trade ties and participates in international market competition.
