3 Where is e-Textbook? Please click on page 5 to find Module Learning Guide in the right panel under Handouts in the first module. Please save and download to print out for off line learning. Module Learning Guide and notes is your digital text book. At the same time, you can copy and paste to save some important notes for off line learning too. For example on page 2 and 3, there are many characters with pinyin and English translation. You will need to install Chinese simplified (PRC) in your keyboard. Please learn on page 4 of How to install Chinese pinyin in Welcome to Chinese folder in the content area.

公司       年底       了             快到       特别       多             的             事情       大             压力       有点儿。 =>快到年底了，公司的事情特别多，压力有点儿大。 (kuai dao nian di le, gong si de shi qing te bie duo, ya li you dian er da) it is the end of the year, there are lots of things in the company, I felt kind of stressful. Question and answer: 这一束花有几朵？ How many flowers are there in the picture? =>三朵 three flowers

我会约朋友                  。I will chat with friends. =>聊聊天liao liao tian – to chat Please choose the correct answer. 丽丽，你知道今年什么时候开学吗？Li Li, do you know when does school start? 我也不知道，好像是月底吧。I don’t know either, it seems at the end of the month. => In the left picture, it marks on 26 in the calendar. So, this picture will be the correct answer.
