SHENHUA Modern Coal-Chemical Demonstration projects 神华煤直接液化项目 世界上第一个百万吨级煤直接液化示范项目,采用神华集团自主开发的工艺技术,于2008年建成并投入使用。自主研发的核心技术2012年获第十四届中国发明金奖。 SHENHUA DCL Demonstration Project It is the 1st megaton DCL demonstration project in the world built and commissioned in 2008 adopting the process technology independently developed by Shenhua.

神华煤直接液化示意图 Schematic Diagram of Coal Direct Liquefaction 在高温、高压、临氢条件下,将煤炭大分子的桥键打断,并补充氢原子,使其成为稳定的小分子。液态小分子进一步加氢精制、加氢提质,将芳环饱和,并去除杂原子,加工成合格油品。 In condition of high temperature, high pressure,and hydrogen present, breaking bridged bonds of coal macromolecules,supplying hydrogen atoms to make into stable micro molecules. Hydrofining and hydro-upgrading of liquid state micromolecules to saturate aromatic nucleus,removing impurity atoms to produce qualified oils.

SHENHUA Modern Coal-Chemical Demonstration projects 神华包头煤制烯烃项目 世界首套、规模最大的煤制烯烃项目,2010年5月28日全面建成。2010年8月8日 ,项目正式投料试车,成功打通全流程,并生产出合格产品。 SHENHUA Baotou Coal to Olefin Demonstration project The project is the first and biggest of its kind in the world. The construction of the plant was completed by May 28, On August 8, 2010 the coal-in stream test was passed successfully yielding qualified products. 3 4 煤炭间接液化

神华包头煤制烯烃示范工程 SHENHUA Baotou CTO Demonstration project 以煤为原料采用甲醇制烯烃的技术路线需经过以下三个步骤 第一步:煤气化生成合成气; 第二步:由合成气制备甲醇 第三步:由甲醇或二甲醚制备烯烃。 Three steps of MTO process based on coal Step1: coal gasification to synthesis gas Step2: synthesis gas to methanol Step3: methanol or dimethyl ether to olefins

SHENHUA Modern Coal-Chemical Demonstration projects 神华宁煤煤制丙烯项目 我国第一套煤制丙烯示范项目,采用鲁奇MTP技术,一期于2008年4月开工建设,2011年4 月试车成功;二期于2011年3月开工建设,2014年8月27日投料试车成功。 3 4 煤炭间接液化 SHENHUA Ningmei Coal to Propylene Demonstration project It is the 1st CTP demonstration project in the world, built and commissioned in adopting the MTP process technology by Lurgi.

四、神华现代煤化工示范工程 4. SHENHUA Modern Coal-Chemical Demonstration projects 10万吨/年二氧化碳捕集与封存(CCS)示范项目 在国家发改委和美国能源部的支持下,第一例CCS试验在鄂尔多斯煤液化装置中启动,每年将有大约10万吨二氧化碳从这一项目中得到封存。 100 kt/a CCS Demonstration projects The first CCS test was launched on site of coal liquefaction plant in Ordos support by China NDRC and US Department of Energy. About 100kt CO2 will be sequestrated annually through this project.

四、神华现代煤化工示范工程 4. SHENHUA Modern Coal-Chemical Demonstration projects 神华宁煤400万吨/年煤间接液化示范项目 该项目是世界上最大的单体煤化工项目,2017年建成投运,核心费托合成技术采用我国自主研发的技术(包括催化剂)。项目年产油品405万吨,其中柴油273万吨、石脑油98万吨、液化气34万吨。 SHENHUA Ningmei 4000 kt/a IDCL project It is the biggest Coal-Chemical project in the world, built and operated in 2017 , the core technology(F-T) adopting the Chinese independently developed technology (including F-T catalyst). The annual output is 4.5 million tons of oil, among which 2.73 million tons of diesel, 980kt of naphtha, 340kt of LPG.

15 神华煤间接液化示范项目 SHENHUA IDCL project Technological process of F-T F-T合成工艺的技术核心是F-T合成反应器。固定床反应器和浆态床反应器是目前已经商业运行的两种主要的反应器形式。 F-T合成工艺的另一技术核心是催化剂,目前较为广泛研究的主要有钴基催化剂及铁基催化剂。 Core of F-T synthesis is F-T reactor. Two main commercial methods are fixed-bed and slurry-bed reactors. Another key point is catalyst, which currently been research are Cobalt based and Fe based catalyst.

16 五、神华现代煤化工其他技术路线-煤制甲醇
甲醇是重要的有机原料,以碳一化学工业的基础产品,甲醇为原料能生产100多种产品。目前主要包括甲醛、醋酸、甲基叔丁基醚(MTBWE),正在发展的有制烯烃、二甲醚、甲醇燃料及甲醇蛋白等等。 以煤为原料进行气化,经净化处理制得总硫含量小于0.1 ppm,氢碳比为2合成气。经压缩机压缩后进入合成塔,在催化剂的作用下反应生成甲醇和水等。粗甲醇经分离得到高纯度甲醇产品。 主要工艺有:并联工艺流程(Topsoe),串联工艺流程(Lurgi),串/并联工艺流程(Davy)。 Coal to methanol Methanol is important organic raw material, fundamental products for C1 chemical industry. Methanol can produce more than 100 kinds of products, mainly including formaldehyde, acetic acid, MTBWE. Also olefins, dimethyl ether, methanol fuels and methanol albumen. Gasification of coal can produce synthesis gas with S content < 0.1ppm and CH ratio 2:1. Going to synthetic tower through compressors, reaction generates methanol and water, getting high purified methanol from crude methanol main technology:Parallel process (Topsoe), Series process (Lurgi), Parallel/series process (Davy)

25 现代煤化工大部分技术路线属于碳一化工范畴。天然气也可像煤炭一样转化为合成气(CO+H2),进而生产烯烃(乙烯和丙烯)、乙二醇、甲醇、芳烃等产品,然后以这些产品为原料进一步生产成千上万的化学品,应用到国民经济的各个领域。 Coal to chemical is main part of C1 chemical industry. Shale gas can also converts to syngas (CO+H2) as the same as coal, producing olefins(ethylene + propylene), EG, methanol, ethanol, aromatics and so on. Then producing all kinds of down-stream chemical products from these.
