Keep the mouse under anesthesia during the procedure

Perform IM(intramuscular) injection of desired plasmid in the anterior tibialis muscle. 在目的区域，注射所需要的质粒（肌肉注射）

Insert two-needle array electrode into the muscle
Insert two-needle array electrode into the muscle. Make sure the needles span the injection site. 将两针电极插入肌肉。（注射点应在电极之间）

While holding the array in place, deliver the pulses to the muscle.
释放脉冲（使用脚踏开关，踩一下就好了）

Observations:观察结果 Mouse will twitch slightly while being pulsed
脉冲时，老鼠会轻微抖动 Return mouse to cage after pulsing. Mouse will resume normal activities within minutes. EP does not cause any side effects on mouse. 脉冲后将老鼠放回笼子内，几分钟后老鼠恢复正常的活动，电穿孔不会对老鼠有任何的副作用。
