3 中学生领导力训练营诞生于2009年，课题以落实综合实践活动 课程、培养学生发展核心素养、重塑当代中学生的形象为目标， 为学生参与社会、服务社会、回报社会创设机会、搭建平台， 培养中学生的创新精神、实践能力、社会责任感，开发学生的 自我管理能力和团队管理能力等核心素养。 “Leadership Development for High School Students”was officially initiated in 2009, the project aims to implement Comprehensive Practice Courses, cultivate students to develop core competencies, rebrand the image of middle school students, and to provide opportunities for high school students to engage, improve, serve and give back to society, cultivate the students’ creative spirit, practical ability and social responsibility, develop students’ self- management and team management capacity. 项目简介 Introduction

6 参赛规则 Rules and Regulations
Round 1: 中学生团队或个人将代表学校或自发团体展示过去一 年的项目成果 The high school teams deliver presentations on the outcome of the past year's project representing their schools or groups composed of individual delegates Round 2: 来自不同地域、不同学校的学生将被随机分配到新的 团队，在一到两天的时间内完成微型公益项目的实践，并与其 他队伍同台展示 Students from different schools are randomly assigned to a new team, and they need to complete a practice of micro public welfare project within one to two days, and present it to the other teams Round 3: 个人领袖风采的展示，最终将选出年度学生领袖 The contest of personal leadership skills, after which the "Student Leader of the Year" will be eventually elected 参赛规则 Rules and Regulations
