Stringent Contractual Safety Requirement and Welfare Facilities for Workers - Rigorously enforced by site staff 嚴格執行合約安全及工人福利設施條文 Our site staff monitor the sites and ensure a safe working environment and safe working practices. Strict enforcement of method statements for high risk activities 嚴格執行高風險工序施工方案 All Site Engineers and below are trained in the development of MS and RA. 所有工程師及監工均已接受施工方案及風險評估訓練 Project site and safety staff review MS and RA against the actual work process. 工程及安全人員定期巡查確保施工方案在工地落實執行 HQ safety staff conduct independent reviews of high risk MS and RA against the actual work process. 總部安全人員不定期執行獨立檢查 Steve: Method Statements and Risk Assessments are developed according to the risk level and monitored closely against the work by the site team and HQ Safety Staff. >>>> Steve: Throughout the design and construction process, we capture lessons learned in the design and risk register and feed them back to the design teams for future projects. >>>> Q6 (David)

11 Workers’ Life Insurance Scheme 建造工人人壽保障計劃
MTR is the first major employer in Hong Kong to sponsor a free life insurance scheme to provide financial benefit to the family of workers in the unfortunate event of their death 港鐵公司是本港首位雇主為 建造工人購買人壽保障計劃， 如工人在職期間因病或其他 原因不幸身故，其家人將得 到一筆現金解困。
