4 作業平台和硬體需求 作業系統 系統環境 Complier
Linux, XP, vista, sun apple (建議XP 方便性與錯誤率較少) 系統環境 Java SDK 1.4.2以上版本 Complier XP Microsoft Visual C 或之後版本 Linux 搭配作業系統下的GCC complier

License server IP address: License server hostid: 00-1D-7D-AD-04-63 使用qualnet 的軟體 都會有一份license file(且必須擁有)

6 安裝license server License server 安裝 執行qlm-windowsnt.exe 將資料解壓縮到C:\qlm
執行C:\qlm\windows\lmtools.exe 將server license file (qualnetuniv-XXX.lic)複製到C:\qlm。

7 設定與開啟imtools.exe

8 查看自己的log看server是否正確

9 Qualnet client 安裝 若要在QualNet 中編譯程式，則需要安裝Microsoft Visual C or later，必須設於path 上且設定下列環境變數(視實際環境而定) 設定變數的目的, 主要是為了使用cl.exe與nmake.exe。 EX: Path (變數名稱)：C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\bin;C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\IDE (變數值) Include (變數名稱) ：C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\include;C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\PlatformSDK\Include (變數值) LIB (變數名稱) ：C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\lib;C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\PlatformSDK\lib (變數值)

10 執行qualnet-4.0-university-wireless-mme-installer.exe 進行安裝

29 常見問題 Qualnet 一定要搭配Visual C++嗎? 不一定,需要編譯新協定時才需要 Visual C++.

30 常見問題 若是想要更換server 端的IP 位址,或者是server IP 為DHCP,該如何更動 server license file? 可使用文字編輯器, server與client license 檔中的第一行IP 位址是license 檔中唯 一可修改的(修改其他項目會使得license 檔失效,無法進行授權確認),例如我想將 server 的IP 從 變更為 , 可參考下列設定: qualnet-3.0-acme-server-345.lic SERVER c65f1313 VENDOR parsec port=6779 client lic SERVER ANY USE_SERVER 接著將client 端license file 更名為新的serverIP 位址,其中IP 位址也可使用DNS 取代.
