4 Adding Customers新增顧客 Setting up your new Customers is simple
First Login to your Joffice: 新增顧客很簡單 首先，請登入您的Joffice：

5 Next, click on Reports and Customer Registration
接著請點選Reports與Customer Registration

6 Click on Add Customer Sale to Register Customers and record sales purchased from your personal inventory. 點選Add Customer Sale登錄顧客資料，並記錄您個人的銷售狀況。

7 You will only see available quantities for products you’ve personally purchased in the last 6 months. Select the items purchased, the quantity and price paid. 系統僅會顯示您過去6個月所購買產品的剩餘數量，請選擇購買商品、數量與價格。

8 Use the drop down menu to select the date of Sale and fill out the customer information Click Submit when finished 透過下拉式選單選擇該筆訂單日期，並填寫顧客資料，完成後點選Submit

9 You will have an opportunity to review the sale
Click Submit to complete the sale and register the customer 最後您可以瀏覽銷售信息，點選Submit後即完成該筆銷售，亦成功 登記該顧客。

10 When complete, you will be advanced to your sales history screen
完成後，頁面將自動轉至您的銷售歷史紀錄

11 When complete, you will be advanced to your sales history screen
點選每筆銷售旁的Detail即可瀏覽歷史銷售信息

13 Verifying Your Customer Requirements 請確認您的顧客要求
You can locate your Active Customers by going to New Customers, found when you log into your Joffice 登入Joffice後，您可由New Customers欄位找出Active Customers的資訊。

14 Retail and/or Preferred Customers are considered Active and are qualifiers when they make a purchase within your current Qualification Cycle. Your Qualification cycle is based of the Autoship date listed on your profile. Retail Customers或Preferred Customers皆為活躍顧客，只要活躍顧客在您目前的循環週中購買產品即列 入計算，您的循環週期（Qualification Cycle）是以您個人資料頁面上的自動訂貨（Autoship）日期計算。
