2 細 菌

3 細菌及黴菌之生長最適酸鹼值,分別約為pH7及pH5。因而市售培養基,例如NA(或NB)及PDA(或PDB)之酸鹼值,皆已分別調整為pH7及pH5。

4 微生物之環境 微生物之生長對於溫度會有依賴性,可分為最低、最適、最高的三種主要溫度。

5 微生物之環境 依最適生長溫度的不同,而可將微生物分為低溫菌、中溫菌、高溫菌。至於溫度範圍並無依定的規範,因而常有混淆之情形發生。為了方便記憶,或可採用最適溫度來作為區別之依據。

6 微生物之環境 依微生物種類的不同,所適合生長之酸鹼值亦會有所差異。為了方便記憶,可將黴菌及藻類的適合生長酸鹼值定為pH4-6;酵母菌的定為pH5-7;細菌的定為pH7-8。
