只有MS, 但我話是MS+AR; Examiner 問我是不是真是有 AR, 我其實唔sure, 但最後都係話有…

4 死於communication 莫非你同patient 嘈起上來? 咁睇唔開呀…
唔是呀!唔是呀! 是嗰張題目原來印咗兩面, 我根本冇睇到後面, 嗰啲印咗係後面要說的points, 我提都冇提呀!

5 無良殺手? 聽說你們是全港死亡率最高的醫院喎!仲咩揾埋啲古靈精怪case呀!
唔關我們事的. 有個thalassemia 有secondary haemochromatosis, 冇哂啲secondary sexual characteristics, 啲candidates 以為他是女人. 一開口就 ‘this lady…’, 嗰external examiner 覺得他們連男女都不分, 全部肥哂佢地…

6 時也命也… 嗰consultant要肥人…下畫個consultant走咗, 我地即刻將嗰個聽不到的bullae收埋…
…Renal bruit 都試過, 吹咩! 唓! 阿咩試過出normal heart 啦! 人地個COS好人囉! 佢地講明個Liver冇3cm唔準攞嚟考!

7 睇唔到就是睇唔到 我都特登叫病人露對腳出來. 但佢地都是睇唔到differential cyanosis 同 clubbing. 咁有咩辦法啫!

8 點解… 點解我會死? 啲examiner stubborn 囉!

9 點解她會死? 我點知呀! 我日日都有人同她睇case. 日日? 有咁多case 咩? 咩呀! 我日日都編咗人帶佢睇 case…

10 英文的重要 我都有收過司徒嗰封二百蚊的利是扮病人…原來啲external的要求都幾高架! 我見啲candidate其實說差不多的東西, 但呢個candidate 啲英文順啲, 個external啲comment就好啲…

唉…我第一個CVS case 聽唔到是咩, 之後我都唔知自己做緊啲咩…

12 師之惰 ...遇着沙士, 都冇得上ward, PACES其實是我第一次考真正的clinical. 我唔識睇眼架, 一直都係睇啲相咋...
嘩! 好開心, 原來opening snap係真的聽到個喎!

13 不可思議 咪住! 你做緊咩? Visual field係咁做既咩?! ...冇...由student開始, 其實一直冇人教過應該點做...

14 Natural selection 太淺唔得...嗰年出個齋MR, 就肥得最多... ...呢啲不如留番PACES啦...

15 必先利其器 喂! 你個stethoscope冇聲既! 唔咪呀! 係某個位冇聲之嘛!

16 一些人比另一些人更公平 有咩理由吖? Raised hemidiaphragm都攞嚟考? 隔離嗰啲考lobectomy就人人都做到! 呢個考試都唔公平! 上次考Bullae, 今次就考raised hemidiaphragm! 好rare咩? 你地上次再上次咪出咗個parasagital meningioma 嚟考人囉！
