IETF 提交了WSON的框架和需求草案 2008年12月，IETF第73会议正式接纳华为提出的 WSON RWA标准框架，华为主导3篇WSON标准草案，并在70％的标准草案中发挥重要作用 担任G.709,G.7042,G.8201,G.697, G.973等与40G/100G相关标准 Editor职位 累计提交49篇ITU-T文稿，成为40G 标准最重要推动者 40余篇100G提案被标准组织接纳， 华为112Gbps OTU4提案，成为最终 行业标准 在ITU-T，主导的OTN 标准演进 ，解决了 Ethernet业务的承载问题 G.709接纳华为提出ODU0、ODU2e、 ODU3e2、OTU4等建议 接纳了华为提出的ODU HO/LO，基于 TTT＋GMP映射GE到ODU0，2路ODU0 到ODU1的映射规程等提案 Page 7
