3.參加人數少反應出教師參加研習的困難嗎？ (1)主題不符合需求？ (2)研習重覆性太高？ (3)課務問題或私人問題以致無法參加？ (4)教師不認為自己需要進修？

4. 遲到早退的現況反應出教師參與研習的動機不足？ (1)什麼樣的獎勵有較大的誘因？ (2)評鑑可督促教師進修嗎？ (3)主題不夠新穎？已經聽過了？不得不來？ (4)講師吸引力不足？

5. 資優教育教師的心態？ (1)Give me what I want, but don’t ask me to offer what I have. (2)Give me the materials in the lecture, but don’t expect me to attend the lecture.

What should we offer? 1.理論或是實務？ 2.平日、假日或寒暑假？ 3.資優教育專業或是不同領域專業？
4.如何和普通教育所辦的研習有所區隔？ 主題一定要有「資優」嗎？ 5.中學資優教育教師的專業成長也要回歸主流？ 6.普通教育的相關課題也是資優教育教師的研習重點？

What can you see in the future?
1.視訊進行研習的可能性。 2.研習內容上網以利公開下載的可能性。 3.製作宣導手冊，進行置入性行銷。 4.各研習承辦單位資源的整合。 5.彙整相關研習資訊，讓教師各取所需。 6.普通教育教師也應充實資優教育知能。
