Attractiveness is a top priority for the government 法國政府將引資列爲重點 Creation of the «Strategic council for attractiveness» around the Prime Minister 成立“吸引力策略咨詢所” More than 50 measures aiming at making France more attractive for investment (announced in December 2003) already implemented 35 new measures have been announced in February 2005 宣佈三十五條新措施
