Many enterprises have formulated the blue ocean strategy and entered the market rapidly through innovation. The final result is not satisfactory. Help! the sea is getting red!

The strategy of creating blue ocean is not static but a dynamic process. The imitator will come sooner or later, and the blue sea will become a red sea sooner or later. This is a natural law.

The expansion edition tells the last principle of the blue ocean strategy, and it is also a more important principle: the principle of coordination. The author believes that there are three strategic propositions for a strategy to be successful: value proposition, profit proposition and personnel proposition. These three proposals provide an organizational framework to ensure that enterprise organizations develop and implement strategies in a holistic manner. If a strategy does not fully develop and harmonize the three strategic ideas, success is only temporary. The blue ocean strategy attaches importance to value innovation rather than technological innovation. These three ideas are the escort ships that guarantee the success of the strategy. The strategy of lack of coordination will eventually be eliminated by history.
