3 6 亞伯蘭對撒萊說：「使女在你手下，你可以隨意待他。」撒萊苦待他，他就從撒萊面前逃走了。 So Abram said to Sarai, "Indeed your maid is in your hand; do to her as you please." And when Sarai dealt harshly with her, she fled from her presence.

4 7 耶和華的使者在曠野書珥路上的水泉旁遇見他， Now the Angel of the Lord found her by a spring of water in the wilderness, by the spring on the way to Shur.

5 8 對他說：「撒萊的使女夏甲，你從那裡來？要往那裡去？」夏甲說：「我從我的主母撒萊面前逃出來。 And He said, "Hagar, Sarai's maid, where have you come from, and where are you going?" She said, "I am fleeing from the presence of my mistress Sarai."

6 9 耶和華的使者對他說：「你回到你主母那裡，服在他手下」； The Angel of the Lord said to her, "Return to your mistress, and submit yourself under her hand."

7 10 又說：「我必使你的後裔極其繁多，甚至不可勝數」；
Then the Angel of the Lord said to her, "I will multiply your descendants exceedingly, so that they shall not be counted for multitude."

8 11 並說：「你如今懷孕要生一個兒子，可以給他起名叫以實瑪利（就是神聽見的意思），因為耶和華聽見了你的苦情。 And the Angel of the Lord said to her: "Behold, you are with child, And you shall bear a son. You shall call his name Ishmael, Because the Lord has heard your affliction.

9 12 他為人必像野驢。他的手要攻打人，人的手也要攻打他；他必住在眾弟兄的東邊。」 He shall be a wild man; His hand shall be against every man, And every man's hand against him. And he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren."

10 13 夏甲就稱那對他說話的耶和華為「看顧人的神」。因而說：「在這裡我也看見那看顧我的嗎？」

16 3 祂使我的靈魂甦醒，為自己的名引導我走義路。 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake.

17 4 我雖然行過死蔭的幽谷，也不怕遭害，因為你與我同在；你的杖，你的竿，都安慰我。

19 6 我一生一世必有恩惠慈愛隨著我；我且要住在耶和華的殿中，直到永遠。 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.

20 神的眷顧 God’s Care

36 v.6b 我且要住在耶和華的殿中， I will dwell in the house of the Lord .. 住在主的話裡，住在主的心意裡 Abide in God’s words, Abide in God’s will.

37 1. 你願意倚靠誰？ Whom are you willing to rely on？ 2
