通常都沒有全部清楚紀錄， 或是可能缺少幾項， 或者是記錄錯誤，像是人名常常寫錯， （特別是把我們實驗室的同學的人名寫錯了，大部分都是用了同音不同字的字） 大部分只是紀錄相關事件的內容， 例如：演講的大綱，上課的主題， 但是，缺少描述針對該事項有關您的想法， 沒有紀錄到相關活動進行當中， 演講者與聽眾當場所討論的部分的想法或結論， 這些通常都是蠻重要的重點， 因此，不知道，您是不清楚討論的內容為何， 還是，您沒有在注意討論的內容， 個別或Lab meeting中，沒有確實紀錄到之後該做的事 在於參與不是常態性的演講或會議之後 （例如：不是每週固定的會議或研討會）， 卻沒有相關的紀錄資料 沒有確實每週更新相關的資料， 例如：修課的列表，退選或停修之後，並沒有更新， 日期，或時間，有時候是張冠李戴 （應該是直接copy and paste之後的結果） 俊獅
