5 Continue Registration Procedure
Registrant must register domestic English domain (.tw) before register Chinese domain. Convert Registered English Domain’s Company Full Chinese Name and its default simplified name to the database. Company Full Chinese name Reserved and choose one simplified Chinese Domain Name. Apply [Company Full name related rule] at the first half month of launch service. Firest Come First Serve.

.org.tw  .組織.台灣 .net.tw  .網路.台灣 未來具有將.商業(或公司)移除之可行性 考慮試行免費時之搶佔 需有英文網域名稱才能註冊中文網域名稱 保留公司中文全名並配發一個簡名（初期設定檢名選取規則) mDNS標準化後保證最大可能，將已註冊中文網域名稱轉換至正常服務系統中 以 .tw 取代 .台灣之 網頁可正常作業

9 Trial Report 簡名搶佔 Win9x、Win2k之BrowserDNS之處理方式不同 (Clean 8bit/UTF-8)
mDNS之版本修改（中文字碼不做大小寫轉換，接受及正確判斷big5/UTF-8字集 Microsoft 對中文URL及中文DN之問題及解決方案 Proxy Server必須支援mDNS(大部分皆不支援） 中文DNS支援之 ，由於client/Server種類繁多且標準上不支援，完整解決方案甚為複雜 中文網域名稱可直接指定IP與英文網域名稱尚無直接關連 Clean 8bit/UTF-8/UTF-5等encoding conversion尚無方便使用之工具
