2 Aims of This Orientation 课程指南的目的
1/To understand the objectives and expected outputs of this programme; 1.有助于更好地理解此次培训的目标和预期效果 2/To confirm the timetable of the course, and make necessary fine tuning to it. 2. 确定课程的时间安排并作出适当的调整

Organize – HOW? 组织——怎样组织？ Acquire new skills and capacities for collective bargaining获得新的集体谈判的技术和能力 Not only collective bargaining BUT ALSO不仅开展集体谈判 PARTICIPATORY RIGHTS!而且还要有参与权 Improve TU capacities to service membership – 加强工会为会员提供服务的能力 Strengthen organizational & management structures 加强组织和管理结构

Challenge - how to organize & protect workers rights in a market economy? 挑战——怎样在市场经济下将工人组织起来并且维护他们的权利？ Workshop will focus on 课程要点为 - initiatives being taken to strengthen management of unions (organizational structures and finance) 采取行动加强工会的管理（组织结构和财务） - enabling conditions for promoting organizing & trade unions in the work place. 创造条件，推动工作场所的工会组建和工会工作

To contribute towards ACFTU’s capacities to – 为了增强全总的这些能力： To organize & represent workers interests more effectively; 更有效地组织并代表工人的利益； Develop policies & strategies on organizational strengthening of unions 制定加强工会结构的政策和战略； Enhance knowledge of ILO’s International Labour Standards for promoting workers rights; 加深对国际劳工组织维护工人权益的国际劳工标准的理解

2009年4月26-29日 访问德国——艾伯特基金会接待 Focus of the study visit: 考察重点： Overview of Unions & Industrial Relations System in Germany, main challenges 纵观德国工会和产业关系体系：主要的挑战 Organizational and other initiatives being taken to strengthen the labour movement and improving effectiveness of trade union actions; 采取组建和其他行动，加强劳工运动的力量，改善工会行动的效果； Factory visit 参观工厂
