3 Introduction Polypeptides 多胜肽(polypeptides)的合成在生物醫學和生物技術的
應用非常多,應用:組織工程、藥物釋放或作為聚合物療法 醣基化胜肽(glycosylated polypeptides)是具有高潛力 的材料引起極大的關注。 Polypeptides 胜肽(peptide)→多胜肽(polypeptide)→蛋白質(protein) 胜肽(peptide)是由胺基酸的胺基( NH2 )和羧基(COOH) 脫水縮合形成胜肽鍵後,形成的鏈狀分子。 多個胺基酸縮合稱為多胜肽(polypeptide),分子量大於 5000Da以上稱為蛋白質(protein)

4 Glycoprotenis Copolymer
醣蛋白(Glycoproteins)是含有寡糖鏈的蛋白質,兩者以共 價鍵相連,其中的寡醣鏈通常是經由共轉譯修飾或是後轉譯 修飾過程中的醣基化(glycosylation)作用而連結在蛋白質上。 Copolymer 首先簡單介紹醣蛋白 兩種以上的單體混合一起聚合,所得到不同的單體成分的聚 合物,相對於只有一種結構單體,性能較為單一的均聚物, 共聚物中結構單體的種類和含量可以有較靈活的選擇。

是指當固定相為分子篩的液相層析管柱,主要作用力為 依照尺寸大小分離的層析法 分子篩為表面有微細孔洞的凝膠顆粒,當沖題進行時,尺寸 越小的分子會跑到孔洞中而延後流出,因此越大的分子會越 早被沖提出來 大小排除層析管柱適用於分析分子量高於2000的不解離化合 物或分子量差距大的樣品,也可做為檢測未知樣品的分子量 分佈
